How Long Does Shipping Take?
• Due to Covid-19 please expect delays in shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped it can possibly take up to 1-14 business days to arrive depending on your location (In most cases it arrives per normal but it’s still a possibility) this has impacted all business and shipping processes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
•Please allow 1-3 days for processing after your order has been placed. After your order has been placed you will get a confirmation email or text depending on the communication you chose, on order status, fulfillment, and shipping confirmation or updates.
Just a reminder that all products are handcrafted by me so please allow time for me to create your beautiful piece.
Package Lost Stolen?
•Once items have been shipped Yazi Jewls is not responsible for items lost or not delivered by post services. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Items Have Been Sent Back To Us?
•If your items have been sent back to us, we will reconfirm your shipping address, and repackage your items to send back to you, or you can be refunded if your item is not a custom order. If your order is a custom order we can not give you a refund. Please keep an eye on your email for updates.
Damaged Items?
We are not responsible for damages during transit times.
